The total area of building is 995sqm, inclusive of a cafe / retail unit of 102sqm the building will contain, a total of 7 no. apartments consisting of 3 no. 1 bed apartments [55sqm], 3 no. 2 bed apartments [89sqm] and 1 no. 3 bed apartment [125sqm] on the set-back fourth floor.
The development included an internal ground level bike store for 8 no. bicycles and a waste management area, an extensive landscaped garden to the rear [86sqm], small Japanese garden to entrance lobby [6.8sqm], balcony / winter-garden to each apartment, and a low bank of solar panels and low set-back plant on the roof.
