System: Kingspan Roof and Wall Cladding & Soprema PVC Flat Roofs
Project Description:
Roof Cladding 300m2: Kingspan RW 120mm Composite Panel fixed to steel roof structure including all flashings covers and Velux rooflight weathering. The Roof drains into a hidden PVC gutter.
Wall Cladding 750m2: Kingspan Optimo 80mm thick composite Wall panel fixed to galv top hat sections complete with matching Crank corner’s, Curved Panel sections, double crank pillar modules and all associated drip and cover flashing’s.
Flat Roofing; Soprema Flag 2mm PVC membrane on PIR rigid insulation mechanically fixed over polythene Vapour control layer loose laid on timber deck.
Metal Pressing; 2mm thick Powder coated Aluminium Fascia & Soffits and plank system installed to entrance canopy’s.
