Project Description:
Main Roof 2,000 m2: Soprema Warm roof bitumen system complete will all associated accessories, tapered insulation and drainage crickets formed within the scheme.
Green Roof Covering 300m2; Extensive Green roof consisting of Sedum blanket, growing medium, filtration fleece, drainage board, protection matt laid over Soprema Anti Root waterproofing system including all accessories, Outlet Inspection chambers, perimeter edge trims and Stone ballast walkways.
Metal Pressing; Powder Coated Aluminium Capping 3mm thick.
