Project Description:
Main Roof 1,500 m2: Soprema Warm roof bitumen system Optimo Capsheet fully torch bonded to Ventiglass 3mm underlay partial bonded to rigid PIR Insulation on ALU Activa vapour barrier fully torch bonded on primed concrete deck.
Green Roof Covering 900m2; Extensive Green roof consisting of Sedum blanket, growing medium, filtration fleece, drainage board, protection matt laid over Soprema Anti Root waterproofing system including all accessories, Outlet Inspection chambers, perimeter edge trims and Stone ballast walkways.
Terraces: Soprema Optimo Capsheet fully torch bonded on Soprarock fully bonded underlay on primed concrete deck. Terrace soffit clad with 2mm aluminum plank system.
Roof Access: We provided a Post and Cable system to allow for the safe future access and maintenance of all roof areas.
Metal Pressing; 470 Linear metre’s of 3mm Powder Coated Aluminium Cappings with secret fix brackets. Window boxes clad on all sides with vcl, 100mm insulation and 2mm powder coated aluminium.
Bridge Soffit: Plank system on 3 blocks however the main entrance soffit is a bespoke decorative system which must be viewed
