Bitumen Membrane
Torch bonded systems usually a multi layered Built up roof System. Suitable for use a Warm Roof, Cold Roof, Inverted Roof, Green Roof or Cool Roofing. Ideal for exposed or trafficked roof areas.
Single Ply Membranes
PVC, TPO, TPE or Rubber membranes generally loose laid with one side mechanically fixed with a hot air welded lap. Aesthetically pleasing and most suitable for light foot traffic area.
Green & Blue Roofing
An Intensive Green roof is similar in make-up however the soil depth is typically in excess of 150mm deep and can have various planting finishes which allow foot traffic for usable open space.
A Blue Roof is designed to attenuate a specific volume of water for long periods and is made up of multiple drainage and reservoir boards before installing a typical Green roof over it.
Cool Roofing
Solar reflective roof surface designed to reduce the ambient roof temperature and thermal flux of the building thus assisting greatly with energy consumption whilst reducing the heat island effect.
Liquid Coating & Terrace systems:
Durable hard wearing systems which reduce the need for hot works typically associated with Hot Works. Terrace anti slip systems remove the requirement for paving or decking and provide an aesthetically pleasing low maintenance finish. Can also be used to recover old waterproofing systems.
Roof and Wall Cladding
Ideal for light weight structures providing insulated roof and wall cladding with a range of colours and textured finishes.
