Main Roof 600 m2: Soprema Warm roof bitumen system Flam 250 Capsheet fully torch bonded to Ventiglass 3mm underlay partial bonded to rigid PIR Insulation on 2mm vapour control layer bonded to primed concrete deck complete will all associated accessories.
Green Roof Covering 1,800m2; Extensive Green roof consisting of Sedum blanket, growing medium, filtration fleece, drainage board, protection matt laid over Soprema Anti Root waterproofing system including all accessories, Outlet Inspection chambers, perimeter edge trims and Stone ballast walkways.
Podium Slab: Soprema Anti Rock 2 layer system.
Metal Pressing; Powder Coated Aluminium Pap Trim 2mm thick.
